Background
Mentor Together is India’s leading organization in the field of mentorship, dedicated to empowering young people through structured mentoring programs. For their inaugural Mentoring Summit in Bengaluru, the organization aimed to celebrate the transformative power of mentorship by bringing together mentors, mentees, experts, and partners. The event highlighted the role of technology in mentoring while embracing the natural connections and personal growth that mentorship fosters.

The summit was a milestone in Mentor Together's journey, combining impactful discussions, workshops, and keynote sessions to shape the future of mentorship in India. This landmark event required a design approach that reflected the organization’s values of inclusivity, innovation, and connection.

Concept
I sought to encapsulate the vibrant energy and purpose of the Mentoring Summit through designs that emphasized human connection, growth, and a forward-looking vision. The concept revolved around mentor-mentee characters depicted in lively outdoor and natural settings, symbolizing the nurturing nature of mentorship. To bridge the virtual and real-world aspects of the program, the designs seamlessly integrated technology-inspired elements with warm, organic visuals.

The colorful, dynamic illustrations embodied the summit’s dual spirit of natural growth and tech-savvy innovation, creating a visual language that was both engaging and relatable. Every design choice was aimed at capturing the essence of mentorship as a journey of shared learning, growth, and empowerment.

Output
I collaborated with the Mentor Together team to design a cohesive set of digital and print materials, including:

• Digital: Website banners, illustrated elements, and promotional graphics.

• Print: Tote bags, conference journals, speaker momento, ID cards, and a wide range of event signage such as panels, cut-outs, and banners.

• Illustrations: A series of mentor-mentee characters, visually expressing the diversity and vibrancy of the mentoring experience.

These materials came together to create a compelling, visually consistent experience for summit attendees, spotlighting the transformative power of mentorship in every detail.
